I recently started a finance job and I'm feeling quite overwhelmed just two weeks into the onboarding process. There are so many new processes and reports to learn, and I’m struggling to keep up with the tasks I've already been trained on. The onboarding is supposed to last for months, but I can't shake the feeling that I'm falling behind. I took this job after being out of work for nine months due to a previous layoff, and I settled for it because I didn't want to keep applying. I'm hoping to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation and can offer some advice.
