It feels like I’ve been pushed out to make room for someone cheaper, even though they still need help for the rest of the week. I understand the need for staffing, but I expected better communication throughout this process. This has been a frustrating experience for me, especially since I've never faced a layoff or termination before. I'm feeling a mix of sadness and annoyance, especially since this all happened right before I was set to return to work.
