Today marks the beginning of week four in my outplacement program after being laid off from my role at a tech company. It's been a challenging journey, but I'm starting to see some progress. The program has provided me with valuable resources, including resume workshops and networking opportunities. I've been actively applying for jobs and reaching out to connections in my industry. With only eight weeks left in the program, I'm feeling a mix of hope and anxiety about finding a new position. I’m determined to make the most of this experience and land a role that aligns with my skills and passions.
