Today, I learned that CDW is laying off a significant number of employees, reportedly around 700 to 750 people. This news has left me feeling unsettled, especially considering the CEO recently received a 20% raise despite the company's declining stock prices and a billion-dollar share buyback that seems to have done little to help the organization. It's disheartening to see the erosion of what was once a world-class sales team.
