I was recently laid off from my position in Virginia due to what HR described as financial constraints. However, I was shocked to discover that my role has been reposted on LinkedIn, this time with a higher salary than I was previously earning. It feels incredibly frustrating to see this happen, especially after being let go under the pretense of budget cuts. I'm trying to process this situation and figure out my next steps. It's disheartening, but I'm hoping to find a new opportunity where I can truly thrive.
