The recruiter mentioned that I have great experience for the role but that I needed to complete a personality test and a cognitive aptitude test to move forward. I’m not usually a fan of these tests, but I went ahead and completed them the same day. Later that day, the recruiter emailed me to acknowledge the tests and asked for my availability for an interview with the hiring manager next week. I replied within an hour, but now it's Friday and I haven't heard back yet. I know it's only been a couple of days, but I'm feeling a bit anxious since I have limited availability due to my current job. I’m considering following up, especially since I need to plan ahead if I have to take time off for the interview. I’m thinking of waiting until Monday around noon to check in, just to let them know I’m still interested and that I need to sort out my work schedule.
