I had my third interview scheduled with the Director of Sales for a position I was really excited about. After two successful interviews, I felt confident going into this final round. I logged onto Google Meet at the scheduled time and waited for 10 minutes, but unfortunately, the Director never showed up. After the meeting timed out, I reached out to the first person I interviewed with, who had set up the interview, but I didn't hear back. A few hours later, I also emailed the Director directly, hoping to get some clarity. It's been really frustrating not receiving any response to my professional follow-ups. It's tough to maintain a positive outlook when there's such a lack of courtesy.
