I've been unemployed since January and as a recent college grad, I'm really trying to kickstart my career. I recently received an email inviting me for an interview, which got me super excited. However, my anxiety got the better of me, and I started researching the company. While the position seemed legit, I was disheartened to find a lot of negative feedback about the company culture, high turnover rates, and low pay. It feels like this is the norm for entry-level jobs these days, where you have to give everything for a mere $15 an hour. I'm not looking for a dream job, just hoping to hear something positive about a company for a change.
