Feeling overwhelmed and burnt out in my hospitality job amid college exams

I'm currently working in the hospitality sector, and this is my second season at my job. I've reached a breaking point and realized that my boss is quick to find replacements when employees leave. Recently, he hired someone who ended up quitting after realizing the job wasn't what they expected. Now, my boss wants me to stay until the end of the season, which conflicts with my college exams. The work is exhausting, and I feel burnt out. I've asked to leave on either August 10th or August 25th, but he insists that I must work until September 1st. I only get one day off, and it feels unfair since his sister seems to have more flexibility. I’m not even officially registered with the business, which makes me feel like I can leave whenever I want. However, I'm worried about finding a new job afterward, especially since my parents can't support me financially through college. I'm stressing about whether I can complete my exams. My coworkers are also making me feel guilty about leaving mid-season, reminding me that my boss took a chance on me despite my lack of experience. They say I'm slow, but I manage to juggle multiple tasks at once. I told my boss about my exams, but he dismissed my concerns. I'm feeling really depressed and overwhelmed right now.
