The only interviews I've managed to land are through job portals like Naukri and Instahyre, and even those are only about 4 to 5 per month. I've been proactive in updating my resume multiple times a day, but I'm starting to wonder if there's a deeper issue at play. I feel like my resume is solid; I've had it reviewed by professionals from Stripe and Google, and my ATS score is high. Still, the lack of response from referrals is disheartening.
