I recently found a job after sending out around 25 applications. I was fortunate enough to land 3 interviews from those applications, which ultimately led to an offer. It really made me think about the importance of targeting specific roles and tailoring my resume instead of just focusing on the sheer number of applications. Quality over quantity definitely seemed to pay off in my job search.
