Navigating unemployment challenges after 8 years with my Ohio employer

I recently faced a tough situation after being let go from my job of over 8 years. I had relocated from New York to Pennsylvania for about a year and a half, and then moved back to New York earlier this year. The company, based in Ohio, had even covered my relocation expenses. However, despite my long tenure and the challenges I faced during the transition, I was unexpectedly terminated at the end of last month. Now, I'm trying to navigate the unemployment process. I filed for unemployment with New York State, but my claim was denied because I apparently hadn't worked enough quarters in New York. All my paystubs and W2s reflect the Ohio address, which complicates things further. Currently, I'm on hold with the New York State Unemployment office, and I've been waiting for 43 minutes and counting. In the meantime, I submitted a request for old paystubs since I can no longer access them after my termination. I'm using my old W2s to help with the reconciliation form, but I'm unsure how to account for two bonus checks I received from Pennsylvania after moving back to New York. I'm seeking advice on whether to fill out the reconciliation form and note the state or if I need to file with Pennsylvania due to the bonuses. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as I try to sort this out.
