I've been tailoring my resumes using AI to include the right keywords, leveraging my referral networks, and even reaching out to recruiters and hiring managers on LinkedIn. I even went so far as to drop my resume off in person at a front desk, which feels like a desperate move. It's incredibly frustrating to put in all this effort and still feel defeated.
