Deciding Between Two Job Offers: Tech Mentor vs Full Stack AI Engineer

I recently graduated in Computer Science in 2026 and faced a tough situation when my pre-placement offer was revoked due to company issues. After two months of job hunting, I cleared interviews for two companies but got ghosted by both. Now, I have two job offers on the table and I'm trying to decide which one to take. **Offer 1** is for a role as a Tech Mentor at a stable Edtech company in Bangalore with a salary of ₹14 LPA. The pros include a higher salary, a good work-life balance, and the opportunity to teach students about data structures and algorithms while mentoring them on projects. However, the cons are that 40% of my time would be spent on teaching and admin tasks, and I wouldn't gain much experience in shipping software that real customers use. **Offer 2** is for a Full Stack AI Engineer position at a very early-stage startup with a salary of ₹7.8 LPA. The pros are that I would be fully focused on software engineering, building and shipping a real AI product, and gaining production experience in a small team, which means more ownership and learning opportunities. The cons include the uncertainty of the startup's future, as there are only six people on LinkedIn, and I'm not confident in the technical mentorship from the CTO, who seems less experienced. My long-term goal is to become a strong Backend/AI Software Engineer, and I'm torn between taking the stable offer and continuing my job search in software engineering or going for the startup role that aligns more closely with my career aspirations. I'm concerned about how companies will view my profile if I choose the Edtech role. Any advice on which path to take?
