Feeling frustrated over expired background check link before job start date

I accepted a job offer last week for a position starting on Monday, but I'm currently in the middle of a move, which my recruiter was aware of. When I went to complete my onboarding, I discovered that the Checkr background check link had expired. It was sent to me on the 13th, and I attempted to complete it on the morning of the 16th. I've reached out to my recruiter and the onboarding team since Friday morning, but I haven't received any response. I'm worried that this delay, especially since it involves a drug test, could lead to a postponed start date or even the rescinding of my offer. It's frustrating that in three business days, there's been complete silence. I plan to call and email the Talent Acquisition team tomorrow morning, but I can't shake the feeling of disappointment. I'm juggling so much right now, and it feels unfair to potentially lose this opportunity over an expired link that I wasn't warned about.
