I had an interview yesterday for a position that I was really excited about. However, things took a turn when the recruiter started the conversation by asking me to tell him about myself. Just a few minutes into my response, he picked up his phone and spent about 10 minutes scrolling through it. I found it really rude and unprofessional, especially during an interview. I'm not feeling optimistic about my chances after that experience.
