I recently applied for a grants position at a nonprofit and spent about 20 minutes carefully filling out the application. I made sure to match my qualifications with the job description. However, as soon as I hit submit, I received an instant rejection notice stating that my qualifications "do not match any of our positions." It was incredibly frustrating to see that my application would remain "active" for 30 days, which seems pointless since I can't reapply during that time. I can't help but feel like this platform, SaaSHr, is just collecting data without any real intention of considering applicants. It's disheartening to go through this process.
