Navigating Job Search Frustrations After 10 Years of Experience

I was laid off in April and have been actively job searching since then. Despite having 10 years of experience in my field, I keep landing interviews that ultimately lead to dead ends. I've made it to the second or third round in several cases, and while the feedback is often positive regarding my experience, it seems that employers are looking for something more specific that I just don't possess. It's been really exhausting; I've had at least 20 interviews so far, and it feels almost worse to get so close without any offers. I’m trying to stay positive and view these interviews as practice, but I can't help but feel frustrated. Has anyone else gone through something similar?
