I just had another interview and, as usual, the anxiety hit me hard. I really dislike the whole process, no matter how much I prepare. It's the unpredictability that gets to me—I never know how tough the questions will be or how I'll be judged by the interview panel. I've been through several interviews now, and I've started to realize that it's healthier for me to manage my expectations. I try not to get my hopes up, even if I feel like the interview went well. There are so many factors outside of my control that can affect the outcome. I'm learning to let go of the idea that I’ll land every job I interview for, which helps me move on more easily when things don't work out. Just trying to find some peace in this process.
