My main concern is whether I should express this interest now or if it might jeopardize my chances of securing the apprenticeship. Would the company appreciate my honesty about my career interests, or would they interpret it as a lack of commitment to the apprenticeship? I'm also wondering if there's typically any flexibility to transition into office roles early in the process, or if companies generally expect candidates to remain in the positions they initially applied for.
