I recently had an interview for the position of Library Assistant Apprentice. I noticed that the candidate before me was in the interview for a significantly longer time and seemed to be connecting well with the interviewers, as I could hear them laughing together. In contrast, my interview felt much shorter, and I left feeling like I hadn't provided the answers they were looking for, despite having practiced extensively for the questions. It's a bit disheartening, but I'm trying to stay positive and learn from the experience.
