Seeking advice to improve my resume after leaving a toxic family business job

I recently left a toxic job at my family's business and have just embarked on my job search journey. My experience there was quite diverse as I handled a wide variety of tasks in a chaotic environment. I tried to capture this in my resume, but I'm starting to wonder if I might be overestimating its effectiveness. I've received feedback that my resume needs significant work, including a consistent format, clearer language, and more concise bullet points. Some comments suggested that I should include specific details and metrics to better illustrate my contributions. I'm open to any advice on how to improve it further.
