Weighing a job offer from a private therapy clinic with a $25,000 pay increase

I'm currently weighing a job offer from a private therapy clinic that requires my decision by tomorrow. I received the offer via email on Monday while I was on vacation, but I only saw it today. They had initially promised to get back to me early last week, but they were a bit delayed. The position is full-time, with a workload of 28-35 clients per week, and it's a W-2 role that allows me to work from home. The clinic is located in another state, and while I have my practice license in my current state (APSW), I can obtain licensure in the new state. I'm currently working at a non-profit agency focused on homeless services and I'm looking for a change after obtaining my licensure. Although I've never worked from home before, I'm intrigued by the idea. One positive aspect of this offer is that I wouldn't be responsible for billing or scheduling. My therapy experience includes internships in a psychiatric unit, an OBGYN setting, and with children with behavioral health needs, but I've never worked in a clinic setting. The supervision provided is a plus, and the position offers a $25,000 annual pay increase, which is significant given my current low salary. While I'm able to meet my bills as is, the financial aspect does play a role in my decision. I'm feeling hesitant about making such a change, and I'm also considering that this position doesn't qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, which is something I don't necessarily need but is still on my mind. I'm seeking advice on whether to take the leap or hold off on this offer.
