Navigating Job Application: Seeking Advice on References Without Jeopardizing Current Role

I'm currently navigating a job application process and have found a position that really excites me. However, the application requires me to provide three references, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about asking my current coworkers and managers for their permission. I worry that it might jeopardize my current job if they find out I'm looking elsewhere. I don't have direct contact information for other potential references either. I'm considering listing my coworkers' names but using the company's phone number instead of their personal numbers. I'm unsure if that’s appropriate, especially since the application also asks for their emails and personal addresses. I really want to approach this the right way, so I'm looking for advice on how to handle this situation without putting my current role at risk.
