I'm currently in a challenging situation at my job where I've been placed on a pre-performance improvement plan (PIP). I'm considering the possibility of transferring to another department within the company to avoid the PIP process. I want to know if anyone has had success with this kind of transfer while on a pre-PIP status. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
