I received a call today from a company I interviewed with about 8 months ago. Back then, the hiring manager mentioned that if I didn’t get the position, I should reapply when they were hiring again. I had completely forgotten about them until I got this call asking if I would be interested in coming in for another interview. I'm considering whether it's worth my time to go in, especially since I didn’t hear back from them after the initial process. Some advice I got was to think about how desperate I am for a job and the salary they might offer. Others suggested that it could be a better opportunity now, so I’m leaning towards going in for the interview.
