Applied for Supervisor Position Supporting Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

I was recently fired from my job due to 'misconduct' as stated on my termination form back in February. It was a tough time for me, and I acknowledge that I made some mistakes during that period. Fortunately, my husband supported me, allowing me to focus on completing my master's degree and take a much-needed break. Now, I feel much better and ready to move forward. I've secured an interview for a supervisor position working with individuals with developmental disabilities, which is a role I'm really excited about. I'm unsure if my termination will come up during the interview, and I'm looking for advice on how to handle any questions regarding my past while still presenting myself confidently for this new opportunity. Any tips on how to navigate this situation would be greatly appreciated.
