I recently interviewed for a position at my college and they asked me to provide three references. Since my only work experience was during high school, I haven't been in touch with my former bosses for about two years now. I'm feeling a bit anxious about whether I should reach out to them beforehand to let them know they might be contacted. I'm worried they might not remember me. Is it common for all three references to be called? I want to make sure I'm doing this right.
