I recently received an offer from Uber for a role within the Uber Eats division, which I’m really excited about. I'm currently in the negotiation phase and would love to hear from anyone who has experience with negotiating salary and benefits at Uber. Specifically, I’m curious about how flexible they are with base salary, stock options, bonuses, and sign-on bonuses. I have a competing offer from another company that I plan to leverage during these discussions, but I want to approach this carefully. I don’t want to come off as pushy or insincere, as I genuinely want to work at Uber. My goal is to ensure I negotiate effectively for the best financial outcome for myself.
