Deciding between current job as a physical therapy aide and new front desk offer

I recently found myself in a tough situation at my current job as a physical therapy aide. The environment has become increasingly shady, with my boss trying to pass off aides as physical therapists, which we constantly correct in front of patients. There's been a lot of drama, including a coworker getting arrested, and while I try to stay out of it, the lack of PTO and benefits is weighing on me. I do enjoy my schedule and the work itself is pretty chill, but the ethical concerns and workplace issues are hard to ignore. I received an offer for a front desk position at a more reputable company, which pays $17/hour—$4 less than what I'm making now. This new role would provide benefits like PTO and a 401k, but it comes with a less fixed schedule. Given that I have to move in 10 months due to my military family, I'm torn between sticking it out at my current job or making the switch for the last part of my time here. Financially, I'm stable with my current W-2 setup, but the management of patient care at my current job is really concerning.
