Feeling anxious after unexpected job hold at outpatient healthcare facility

I started a new job at a local outpatient healthcare facility just two weeks ago and was feeling optimistic about my role. I was halfway through my training period and had received nothing but positive feedback from both my coworkers and my manager. However, today I received a text from my director asking me not to come in this week until I receive a phone call from him to "go over some things." I asked if everything was okay, and he simply replied, "yes." This has left me feeling extremely anxious and unsettled. I've never heard of anyone being told not to come to work under these circumstances, and it's really eating away at me. My coworkers have reassured me that if there were any issues, the director would usually pull me aside to discuss them directly. Now, I'm just waiting for the phone call, and the uncertainty is making it hard to concentrate or even sleep. I wanted to share this experience because I feel so shaken up and could use some support.
