I lost my job on July 20 and have been actively searching for a new position since then. I'm a 24-year-old male with over 3 years of driving experience and more than 2 years as an assistant manager in retail. I've had about 6 interviews during this time, and I felt qualified for all of them, except for one that I think didn't go well. However, I'm frustrated because I haven't received any rejection letters or feedback from these companies, which makes the process feel even more discouraging.
