I recently had my final interview for a position last Thursday, and now it's Tuesday with no word back. I'm feeling anxious since in my previous job searches, I typically received offers either during the interview or shortly after. Given how competitive the job market is now, I can't help but think that if I haven't heard anything by now, it might not be a good sign. However, I remember someone mentioning that their interview process took three weeks, so I'm trying to hold onto some hope. I might reach out to the hiring manager to check on the status, but I’m also preparing myself for the possibility that I may need to move on.
