Feeling overwhelmed and pressured at work amid leadership challenges

I've been feeling the pressure at my job lately, and it's becoming clear that I'm being quietly pushed out. I work in a team where the environment has been deteriorating for months due to poor decisions from leadership. We're facing increased workloads, tighter deadlines, and a complete lack of support from other departments. Recently, I discovered that a new higher-up has been undermining my authority and assigning more work to my team without my knowledge. It's frustrating because I don't understand why this is happening, and the reasons seem so petty that it's hard to believe they could motivate such behavior. The demands from leadership are becoming impossible to meet, and I feel like I'm being set up for failure. Last week was chaotic, and this week is already proving to be the worst I've ever experienced at work. I know they could let me go at any moment, but they don't have a valid reason to do so, so they keep piling on the pressure. Despite my efforts to deliver, I'm hanging by a thread, and I'm terrified of losing my job. It's heartbreaking because I genuinely care about my work and know I'm good at it. I just needed to get this off my chest.
