Reflecting on my unexpected layoff and its emotional impact

I got laid off from my role at a large company about a month ago, and honestly, it hit me out of nowhere. I had been performing well, juggling everything from project planning to defining product strategies and writing user stories. Despite my contributions, I was the only one from my team who was let go, and the reason given was budget cuts and restructuring. It’s disheartening to think that I was so easily replaced, but I can’t help but wonder if my teammates miss me. I did a lot of the heavy lifting, and while I felt underappreciated at the time, I hope they realize how much I was doing now that I'm not there. I know that in corporate environments, people come and go, but a part of me wishes that my absence is felt, even just a little. Has anyone else experienced this feeling after a layoff?
