Navigating burnout and tough decisions in my new mid-level management role

I’ve been working at a large bank for 9 years and recently got promoted to a mid-level management role with a base salary of $90K plus a potential 12% bonus. Shortly after my promotion, my department faced layoffs, and I ended up taking on additional responsibilities from those who left, on top of my new duties. This has led to me consistently working over capacity every day. I’ve brought this issue up with management multiple times, but there hasn’t been any real solution due to a hiring freeze. My manager has been quite rude and unsupportive, providing little training and often blaming me for problems that I believe could have been avoided with proper management. The stress and pressure have left me feeling burnt out and depressed, and I am seriously contemplating leaving the company. Financially, I have about 6 months of emergency savings, and my spouse can support us while I search for a new job, although we would need to cut back on expenses. However, I would be giving up benefits like pension matching and share ownership. I’m torn about whether to quit now or stick it out until I find another job. What would you do in my situation?
