Navigating Stress in My First Corporate Job: Seeking Advice on Career Choices

I recently graduated college in May and started my first corporate job in the steel industry at the beginning of August. The team and culture are great, but the job has become incredibly stressful. We were supposed to have 6 weeks of training, but after just 2 weeks, a colleague left, and I was thrust into a shortened training period to learn from her in order to take on her accounts. Now, it's day two of week 5, and I'm feeling overwhelmed to the point of tears in front of my mentor and supervisor. The workload consists of time-sensitive emails that require quick responses to customers and internal logistics updates, and it feels like the work is piling up faster than I can handle. I also have a side job at a startup where I used to intern, working about 5 hours a week. They are interested in hiring me full-time once they secure funding, but that’s not guaranteed. I'm seriously considering quitting my corporate job within the next few weeks and returning to my startup for 20 hours a week, but I know that would mean less income. My boyfriend suggests I stick it out for 3 months to learn how to manage the stress, especially since I might know more about the startup's funding situation by then. I'm torn between wanting to quit now due to the stress and the advice to stay and grow through the experience. Any advice would be appreciated.
