I'm feeling really frustrated with the job application process lately. It seems like every time I apply for a position, I'm required to create an account on the company's website just to submit my application. After I upload my resume, they then ask me to fill out the same information that's already on my resume, like my work experience, education, and skills. It feels pointless and like a waste of time. I've noticed that applying for jobs has turned into a job itself. Just this week, I spent almost an hour on four different applications, and to top it off, some sites even require me to create a password that's more complicated than my bank's! I can't help but think that the HR departments don't even care about the details they're asking for. It's disheartening to go through all this effort just to potentially get rejected by AI later on.
