Navigating Job Pressure Before Turning 26: Seeking Full-Time Opportunities

I'm currently in a challenging situation as I approach my 26th birthday and realize I need to secure a full-time job with benefits. I recently quit one of my part-time jobs that I enjoyed, but the pay was only $11/hour, and it was affecting my health. Now, I'm down to one part-time job that I love, working with great colleagues, but I know I won't be part of the exciting future plans they have. I'm trying to hold on as long as I can, but I'm feeling the pressure to find something more stable. I'm considering sending my resume and possibly a cover letter to similar institutions in my area, even though it feels like a long shot. I'm worried that this might jeopardize my chances of getting hired there in the future. I'm also thinking about asking my current director if there's any possibility of transitioning to a full-time role, even though my boss has previously been told no. It feels like it's worth one last attempt before I have to make a decision.
