I applied for a higher-level sales position at a larger company about six days ago. After submitting my application, I followed up with a phone call and left a voicemail since no one answered. I'm considering whether I should send a follow-up email, as I know voicemails can easily get overlooked. I also reached out to the HR department, but I suspect that either the CEO or the Sales Manager is handling the hiring process based on my research. I'm trying to balance being proactive without coming off as annoying, especially since this is a local headquarters. I appreciate any advice on the timing for a follow-up email!
