As a job seeker, I can relate to the frustration this causes. It feels misleading and adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging job search. Some lawmakers are pushing to ban these practices, which I think is a step in the right direction. It’s disheartening to see roles that have been listed for years without any movement, and I’ve even interviewed for some of these positions only to be told they didn’t find a fit.
