I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Health Science, focusing on Health Education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I began working as a Community Health Worker through various contract jobs until 2024. Unfortunately, I was let go from a position in May 2025, just before my three-month mark. After that, I took some time off to focus on my mental health and received unemployment benefits until early June 2026. Currently, I'm working part-time in retail, averaging about 10-13 hours a week. I'm looking to transition into a role in after-school programs, but I'm unsure how to leverage my skills since I haven't worked directly with children before. I'm also confused about how to present my resume—should I still include my high school education even though I graduated more than a decade ago? I plan to remove my Bachelor's degree if I'm applying for entry-level positions. Any advice on how to navigate this transition would be greatly appreciated!
