I recently applied for a job at a company I was really interested in. Initially, I submitted my application through Indeed because it was the quickest way to do it. However, after doing some more research, I found their official career page and decided to apply there as well, thinking it might be a more direct route to get noticed. Now I'm worried that I might have messed up my chances by applying through two different platforms. I've read that companies prefer applications through their own sites, and I’m concerned about potential conflicts of interest. I hope this doesn’t hurt my application!
