Reflections on My Retail Job Interview Experience and Key Questions Asked

I recently had a retail job interview where I was asked only five questions, and it left me feeling a bit nervous and overthinking things. The interview lasted about 15-20 minutes, and I was told I would receive feedback in about a week. The questions I was asked included: 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Why are you interested in working here? 3. How do you handle constructive criticism? 4. How comfortable are you with meeting new people? 5. What’s your availability? I felt like it was a good conversation overall, and I was comfortable enough to ask the recruiter three questions about the job, such as how they define a successful candidate, how often they evaluate new members' performance, and what the training process looks like. I hope asking these questions didn’t hurt my chances; I was just genuinely curious about the job culture.
