I felt like it was a good conversation overall, and I was comfortable enough to ask the recruiter three questions about the job, such as how they define a successful candidate, how often they evaluate new members' performance, and what the training process looks like. I hope asking these questions didn’t hurt my chances; I was just genuinely curious about the job culture.
