I interviewed for a position I was really excited about on July 27th. During the interview, they mentioned they would make a decision within a week or two. I followed up with a thank you email the next day, and the interviewer replied asking about my bilingual qualifications, which they forgot to inquire about during the interview. Since then, I've been checking the application portal constantly, but it still just says 'Pending Interview Decision.' After posting about my situation last week, someone suggested I send another follow-up email, so I did that today since it’s been two weeks now. I’m feeling really anxious while waiting for a response!
