Navigating stress as a General Manager facing staffing challenges and long hours

I am currently working as a General Manager at a pizza chain, and I’m facing a tough situation. Recently, corporate decided to transfer two managers from my location, including my Assistant General Manager, with very little notice. This has left me with a significantly reduced management team, and I’ve been forced to work back-to-back shifts, specifically Open-to-close and then opening again the next day. This will be the third time I’ve had to do this in less than a month, and it’s taking a toll on me. My supervisors aren’t providing much assistance in finding coverage, which makes it even more frustrating. I’m used to working long hours, but a 16.5-hour shift followed by a 12-hour shift is pushing me to my limits. I’ve been actively interviewing for other positions, but the job market hasn’t been in my favor, making me feel trapped in this situation. I’m seeking advice on whether I should consider quitting or how to manage this stress better. Any feedback would be appreciated.
