I recently went through the interview process for an Operations Administrator position and made it to the third round. Unfortunately, I was informed that they chose another candidate whose qualifications were a better fit. What has been bothering me is that the job posting is still active, and they even reposted it over a week after my rejection. I'm left wondering if I should be concerned about this or just move on. Some comments suggested that it might be a sign that the previous candidate fell through, and they might be starting the hiring process over. I’m considering applying again since it can’t hurt.
