However, it has now been two weeks since that message, and I still haven't received an official offer. I have a friend who works at the company, and he mentioned that they're currently waiting on final approval for my requisition. I'm really anxious about the wait, as this position would be a significant career advancement for me. I understand that these processes can take time, but I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or knows how long this approval process typically takes. Waiting is definitely the hardest part!
