Navigating Job Search Dilemma After 2 Months in Current Role

I'm currently in a tough spot at my job, having been with the company for just 2 months. I've found that the compensation structure and expectations don't align with what I was led to believe during the hiring process. This has prompted me to start looking for new opportunities. Before this role, I spent over 5 years at my previous company, so I don't have a pattern of job hopping. However, I'm worried that including this short stint on my resume might raise red flags for recruiters, making me seem unreliable. I'm weighing my options: should I leave this current job off my resume entirely and just showcase my previous experience, or should I include it and be prepared to explain my reasons for wanting to leave so soon? I haven't resigned yet and plan to keep working while I search for something better. I'm curious about what recruiters and hiring managers think: is it worse to have a 2-3 month employment gap or to show that I'm actively trying to leave a job after such a short time? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
