I recently completed my sixth interview for a management position at a firm that seems to be creating the role specifically for me. While I'm genuinely interested in the opportunity, I can't help but feel that six interviews is excessive. It's been two months since I started this process, and although I'm not unemployed—since I own a business that can sustain itself without my constant involvement—I'm starting to consider other offers due to the slow pace of this hiring process.
